AK6 Series 6kA High Power TVS Diodes

HuaXingAn AK6 Series are bidirectional 6kA High Power TVS Diodes designed for AC line protection and demanding AC/DC surge protection applications.

The series covers stand-off voltages from 12.8V to 430V and provides 6kA peak pulse current capability with an 8/20μs surge waveform. Multiple voltage options support low-voltage, industrial power and higher-voltage protection designs.
