The AK15 Series is a family of High Current TVS Diodes manufactured by HuaXingAn for AC line protection and demanding AC/DC applications requiring high-energy transient suppression.

With a 15kA peak pulse current rating using an 8/20μs surge waveform, the series provides multiple voltage options for industrial power electronics, power supplies, power conversion equipment and other circuits exposed to severe surge events.
