AK15-100C 100V TVS Diode

AK15-100C is a High Power TVS Diode manufactured by HuaXingAn for industrial AC/DC power circuits exposed to severe transient surge events.

Its 100VDC stand-off level makes it suitable for higher-voltage power supplies, power conversion equipment and industrial control systems requiring strong surge-current handling. The AK15 Series uses axial lead terminals, a glass-passivated junction, epoxy encapsulation and silver-plated leads for demanding circuit protection applications.
