AK15-020C 20V High Current TVS Diode

AK15-020C is a 15kA High Power TVS Diode manufactured by HuaXingAn for low-voltage AC/DC power circuits exposed to severe transient surge events.

Its 20VDC stand-off level combines low-voltage circuit protection with substantially higher surge-current capability than conventional lower-current TVS diode solutions. The axial-leaded construction, glass-passivated junction and silver-plated leads make the device suitable for industrial circuit protection designs where electrical performance, assembly reliability and long-term sourcing are important.
