20D Series 20mm MOV Varistors

The HuaXingAn 20D Series is a family of 20mm Metal Oxide Varistors (MOVs) designed for transient over-voltage protection in AC power supplies, industrial control systems, home appliances, LED drivers and general surge protection circuits.

The series covers nominal varistor voltages from 18V to 1800V and is available in both Standard MOV and High Surge MOV versions, providing engineers and purchasing teams with a wide selection for new designs, replacement projects, second-source evaluation and long-term sourcing.

20D Series Selection Guide
