20D431K MOV varistor (430V), also known as VDR-20D431K, is designed for surge suppression in AC power systems where higher operating voltage and enhanced reliability are required.
This component is widely used in 230V–275VAC power lines, offering effective protection against transient overvoltage caused by lightning strikes, switching operations and grid instability.
Compared with lower voltage MOV varistors, 20D431K provides a higher clamping threshold and improved surge endurance, making it suitable for industrial environments and applications with unstable power conditions.
Its 20mm disc structure ensures high surge current capability and long service life under repetitive surge conditions.
