20D331K MOV Varistor 330V

20D331K MOV varistor (330V), also known as VDR-20D331K, is designed for medium to high voltage surge protection in DC circuits and industrial electronic systems requiring stable performance and long-term reliability.

It is widely used in DC power systems, industrial automation equipment and communication circuits to suppress transient overvoltage caused by switching operations, inductive loads and external disturbances.

Compared with 300V class MOV devices, 20D331K provides a higher voltage margin, making it more suitable for applications operating under elevated voltage conditions or unstable power environments.

The 20mm disc structure offers strong surge current handling capability and improved energy absorption, ensuring consistent performance under repetitive surge conditions.
