20D330K MOV Varistor 33V

20D330K MOV varistor (33V), also known as VDR-20D330K, is designed for low voltage surge protection in electronic circuits, power supplies and communication systems where stable clamping performance and fast response are required.

It is widely used in DC power lines, signal interfaces and control circuits to protect against transient overvoltage caused by electrostatic discharge (ESD), switching spikes and power disturbances.

Compared with lower voltage MOV varistors, 20D330K offers a higher operating voltage margin, making it suitable for circuits requiring increased voltage tolerance while maintaining reliable protection performance.

The 20mm disc structure ensures consistent electrical characteristics and improved durability under repetitive surge conditions.
