20D301K MOV Varistor 300V

20D301K MOV varistor (300V), also known as VDR-20D301K, is designed for medium to high voltage surge protection in DC circuits and industrial electronic systems where stability and long-term reliability are required.

It is widely used in DC power supply systems, industrial automation equipment and communication circuits to suppress transient overvoltage caused by switching events, inductive loads and external disturbances.

Compared with 270V class MOV devices, 20D301K provides a higher voltage threshold, making it more suitable for circuits operating under higher voltage conditions or fluctuating power environments.
