20D220K MOV varistor (22V), also known as VDR-20D220K, is designed for low voltage surge protection in electronic circuits where stable clamping performance and fast response are required.
It is typically used in DC power lines, signal interfaces and communication circuits to protect against transient overvoltage caused by electrostatic discharge (ESD), switching spikes and power fluctuations.
Compared with ultra-low voltage MOVs, 20D220K provides a higher voltage margin, making it suitable for applications requiring improved tolerance while still maintaining fast response characteristics.
The 20mm disc structure ensures consistent electrical performance and enhanced durability under repetitive surge conditions.
