20D102K MOV Varistor 1000V

20D102K MOV varistor (1000V), also known as VDR-20D102K, is designed for high voltage surge protection in demanding AC power systems where strong clamping capability and high energy absorption are required.

This component is widely used in 400V–600VAC systems, providing effective protection against transient overvoltage caused by lightning strikes, switching surges and grid disturbances in industrial and energy environments.

Compared with lower voltage MOVs, 20D102K offers higher operating voltage capability and enhanced surge endurance, making it ideal for applications such as industrial power systems, motor drives, inverters and renewable energy equipment.

Its 20mm disc structure ensures excellent surge current handling and long-term stability under repetitive surge conditions.
