14D470K 47V MOV varistor for surge protection, 14mm radial lead type used for DC circuits, signal interfaces, control systems and electronic equipment requiring stable transient suppression

14D470K MOV varistor (47V), also known as VDR-14D470K, is a medium voltage metal oxide varistor designed for transient overvoltage protection in DC power systems and signal/control circuits.


Compared with lower voltage models such as 14D330K and 14D390K, this device provides a higher operating voltage margin, making it suitable for circuits operating around 24V–36V systems where stable protection and reliability are required.

14D470K is widely used in DC power supplies, industrial control equipment, communication devices and embedded systems to protect against electrostatic discharge (ESD), switching transients and voltage spikes.
