14D390K MOV varistor (39V), also known as VDR-14D390K, is a medium voltage metal oxide varistor designed for transient overvoltage protection in DC power systems and control circuits.


Compared with lower voltage models such as 14D270K and 14D330K, this device provides a higher voltage margin, making it suitable for circuits operating at higher DC voltage levels while maintaining fast response and stable clamping performance.
