14D201K 200V MOV varistor for surge protection, 14mm radial lead type optimized for DC circuits, industrial control systems and communication equipment requiring stable voltage suppression and long-term reliability

14D201K MOV varistor (200V), also known as VDR-14D201K, is designed for DC and industrial systems requiring higher operating voltage and enhanced surge protection capability.


Compared with 14D181K, this model offers a higher voltage margin, making it suitable for circuits operating around 180V–200V DC systems with improved stability under transient conditions.

14D201K is widely used in DC power supplies, industrial automation equipment, communication interfaces and embedded systems to protect against switching surges, ESD and transient voltage spikes.


The 14mm disc structure ensures strong surge endurance and stable long-term performance under repetitive surge stress.
