14D181K 180V MOV varistor for surge protection, 14mm radial lead type optimized for DC circuits, industrial control systems and communication equipment requiring reliable transient suppression and voltage stability

14D181K MOV varistor (180V), also known as VDR-14D181K, is designed for DC and mixed voltage systems where higher operating voltage and stronger surge protection capability are required.


Compared with 14D151K, this model provides a higher voltage margin, making it suitable for circuits operating around 150V–180V DC systems with improved stability under transient conditions.

14D181K is widely used in DC power supplies, industrial automation systems, communication interfaces and embedded electronics to protect against switching surges, ESD and transient voltage spikes.


The 14mm disc structure provides strong surge endurance and stable long-term reliability under repetitive stress conditions.
