14D151K 150V MOV varistor for surge protection, 14mm radial lead type optimized for DC circuits, signal interfaces and control systems requiring stable transient suppression and reliable overvoltage protection
14D151K MOV varistor (150V), also known as VDR-14D151K, is designed for medium voltage DC systems where enhanced surge protection and higher voltage margin are required.
Compared with 14D121K, this model provides improved tolerance for circuits operating around 120V–150V DC systems, offering more stable clamping under transient conditions.
